The Family Church with a World Mission

Welcome to the home page of Tyldesley Top Chapel Ministries.
We are here to promote the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST.

Our Chapel is in Manchester, United Kingdom and was built in 1789. We are part of the Elim Churches Independent fellowship of churches.
The Chapel has a Bible College and a Community Centre in the town in a separate building from the Chapel.
Our vision is to see the Gospel change lives spiritually and then in every aspect of a persons life so that in their daily living people will see JESUS. Helping the local community in practical ways is part of our way of evangelising the area.

For further information please see our About Us Page

At the Chapel we are involved in church planting and overseas missions projects. The Gospel of JESUS CHRIST is one of salvation for all mankind but is also about practical expressions of GOD'S love towards people through the death of JESUS for everyone's sins and through his people and the works of love they do. Not only is GOD concerned with the spiritual part of man but also the emotional and physical.

This is expressed in the Scripture from:-

John 16:23-24, "And in that day you will ask me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My Name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My Name. Ask and you will receive, that your joy may be full." NKJV.

People sometimes make the Gospel difficult to understand but in actuality it is very simple summed up in two Scriptures:-

John 3:16-17, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." NKJV

Romans 10:9-11, "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." NKJV
